How long is a typical engagement?+
Advisory: 3–6 months. Studio build: 4–9 months. Embedded partner: open-ended retainer. We say no to anything shorter than three months.
What does a two-week ship look like?+
Working code (or working campaign) + demo + a single slide of numbers — shipped to staging, run against the eval suite, and landed on your radar by Friday EOD.
Who leads on your side?+
A principal operator — founder-level, senior-only. You’re never handed off to a project manager who hasn’t built the thing.
