Core platforms.
Engineered to compound.

Internal tools, integrations, and the systems the rest of the operation bends around. Senior pods plug into your team; every line ships into your repos, on your cloud, under your license.

New · UAE E-invoicing mandateFTA · Q2 2026

UAE e-invoicing, ready to ship under your brand.

The FTA mandate goes live in 2026 and every UAE business needs a Peppol-ready platform. We built the software; we don’t sell it direct. Tax and audit firms license it white-label, brand it as their own, and onboard clients in four weeks — while we hold the SLA, the security, and the regulatory pager.

What we build

Six things every enterprise engagement ships.

Pick the subset that fits the brief. We wire the rest in over the build — every engagement ends in your repos, on your cloud, under your license.

ARCHITECTURE

Architecture that survives reality

System design · sequencing

Tech selection, system design, and build sequencing — co-authored with your team and stress-tested against the constraints that actually bind.

PLATFORM

Full-stack platform build

Backend · frontend · data

Production code shipped in two-week increments. Event-sourced ledgers, multi-tenant SaaS backbones, internal operations consoles — whatever the operation bends around.

CLOUD

Cloud & DevOps wired in

AWS · GCP · Azure

Infra-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and cost controls from day one. Sovereign-cloud and on-prem options where the regulator calls for it.

INTEGRATIONS

API-first integrations

API · event · ETL

Pre-built adapters for the systems you already run — Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Stripe, UAE Pass, FTA / Peppol — and bespoke connectors when the published API isn't enough.

INTERNAL TOOLS

Operations consoles

Ops console · admin

The internal surfaces your team actually uses — finance ops, dispatch, fulfilment, claims. Designed for eight-hour sessions, not screenshots.

EMBED

Senior pod, embedded

Senior pod · staff aug

A four-to-eight-person pod that extends your team — not a body shop that drains it. Every operator has built, scaled, or sold what you're trying to build.

Vendor model vs embed

Why most enterprise builds stall — and what shipping looks like instead.

Outsourced vendors ship slides; embedded pods ship systems. Every Massive engagement is built for the second column from day one.

Outsourced vendor

A roadmap nobody believes.

  • Account manager between you and the engineers.
  • Status decks instead of working code.
  • Junior staff on the actual build.
  • IP locked behind the vendor’s license.
  • Six-month rebuild every time the spec moves.
  • Hand-off lands as a 200-page Word doc.
Embedded with Massive

A platform you keep, on a clock you set.

  • Senior operators in your standups + pager rota.
  • Working code shipped every two weeks.
  • Zero juniors on client work. Ever.
  • IP and code in your repos, your license.
  • Architecture that survives the next two pivots.
  • Hand-off as a runnable playbook, not a deck.
How we work

Audit. Blueprint. Ship. Embed.

The same four-beat cadence runs every engagement, sized to the brief. The audit comes before the code — not after the demo.

01
Architecture audit

Week one, we diagnose the existing stack, the org shape, and the constraints that actually bind. Output is a one-page brief with the ten things we'd cut first.

02
Blueprint

Co-created build plan with budget envelopes, ship sequence, and the architectural calls that earn the next two years of velocity.

03
Delivery pod

Senior-only pod, two-week ship cadence, a slack channel you can actually DM. Every sprint ends with a working system, a demo, and a single slide of numbers.

04
Embedded delivery

We stay in the trenches until the system self-sustains, then transition to your team — with a hand-off playbook the next engineer can run from.

The toolkit

The languages, frameworks, and infra we ship with.

Production-grade across the boring middle of the stack, plus sovereign-cloud and on-prem options when the regulator calls for them.

3–6 months · retainer

  • 4–8 senior operators in your repos
  • Two-week ship cadence
  • Architecture, full-stack build, DevOps
  • Embedded in your standups + pager rota
  • 90-day retention post-launch
  • Quarterly architecture review
03

Platform build

6–12 months · fixed scope

  • Full system shipped end-to-end
  • Senior-only delivery, your codebase
  • Bespoke architecture & integrations
  • Production launch + 90-day support
  • On-prem or sovereign-cloud option

Enterprise engagement FAQ

Things every CTO and platform lead asks on the first call.

Covered here once, so the first call can be about your codebase and not the engagement model.

Who owns the IP?+
You do. Everything we build ships into your repos, on your cloud, under your license. We retain portfolio rights to case-study the outcome — names on request, after NDA.
Do you replace our existing engineering team?+
Rarely. The embedded-pod tier pairs with in-house engineers and raises their velocity — not their headcount. Vendor rescue is the exception, where we sometimes take over until the system self-sustains.
Can you operate under our security & compliance constraints?+
Yes. UAE federal, FTA, PCI, SOC 2, ISO 27001 — we've shipped under all of them. Sovereign-cloud and on-prem deployments are on the menu when residency or sector demands it.
How fast can you start?+
Most engagements kick off within two weeks of the first call. Vendor-rescue sprints can start the next Monday if the situation calls for it.
What about the FTA e-invoicing mandate?+
We have a flagship white-label platform built specifically for it — FTA-aligned, Peppol-ready, four-week partner onboarding. Read the partner brief.
Engagement minimums?+
Three months for embedded pods. Vendor rescue can be as short as four weeks. Platform builds are scoped on the call — every figure walked through line by line.
Adjacent practices

Most enterprise builds compound with what runs on top.

The platform only matters if the agents, the growth engine, and the operating cadence are honest. Here’s what else we ship.
